Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Opened and unopened items are eligible, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Unopened items: Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

Opened items: Opened items may be returned within 30 days as long as all original components are included and items are in resellable condition.

• Items must be free from damage caused by misuse or neglect
• All original components must be included
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items missing significant components
• Free gifts or promotional items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@yarnandnotions.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost with a prepaid return label.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@yarnandnotions.com with your order number and reason
2. Our team reviews and provides return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Package items securely in original condition
4. Ship to the address provided. We recommend trackable shipping.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, YarnAndNotions provides a prepaid return label.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
