Important: YarnAndNotions ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to any country outside the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. All orders ship from West Jordan, Utah via USPS.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number once dispatched.

Contiguous U.S. (Free): 5-7 business days
Contiguous U.S. (Express): 2-3 business days
Alaska & Hawaii (Free): 7-10 business days

APO/FPO: 7-14 business days

5. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking via USPS. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track at USPS.com or through our Track Your Order page.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. YarnAndNotions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Contact support@yarnandnotions.com immediately if you notice an error. Orders returned due to incorrect address will be refunded minus original shipping cost.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, first check your tracking, contact your local USPS office, then contact us at support@yarnandnotions.com if still unresolved after 5 business days past the estimated date.
